Houston, TX–Todd D. King has been named a Partner by Panattoni Development Company, Inc. In this capacity he will be in charge of the firm’s office, industrial and build-to-suit activities in their Houston, TX office.
King is coming to Panattoni from Vantex CPG/Vantage Companies, also in Houston, where he was Executive Vice President, New Business Initiatives.
Prior to that King had been City Leader and Senior Director of the Houston office of Opus West Corporation.
The new Panattoni executive also has development experience with Transwestern, as Senior Vice President.
King holds an MBA from University of St. Thomas, and a BBA from the University of Texas.
