Atlanta, GA–Panattoni Development Company, Inc. recently signed a 439,487 square foot lease with New Breed Logistics. The seven-year contract features space within a 682,500 square foot, multi-tenant facility located at 5400 Fulton Industrial Boulevard in Atlanta. New Breed Logistics will be utilizing the facility to service a contract with the United States Postal Service.
New Breed Logistics designs, implements and operates comprehensive supply chain solutions for industry leaders and government and defense agencies. The contract is slated to commence on May 1, 2012.
“We are excited to have an opportunity to serve New Breed Logistics and the U.S. Postal Service at our 5400 FIB property. This lease transaction reaffirms the positive efforts of “The Boulevard” Community Improvement District and Fulton County to bring jobs and capital investment to the Fulton Industrial Corridor,” said Michael Gray, Partner in charge of Panattoni’s operations in Atlanta.
Scott Plomgren of Colliers International represented Panattoni Development Company. Dan Rose of Cassidy Turley negotiated on behalf of New Breed Logistics. Kinzey Construction was selected by Panattoni Development Company as General Contractor for the project.
