Seattle, WA–Panattoni Development Company’s recently completed Build-to-Suit for Majestic Glove was selected as “Industrial Development of the Year” by the Washington State Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties.
The award was given at a chapter event in Bellevue, WA earlier this month.
The new Majestic Glove facility is located at 2510 West Casino Road in Everett.
The 110,000 square foot building was completed in 7 months. Building features include concrete tilt-up construction, 12,000 square feet of office and 36’clear height ceilings specifically designed for high efficiency racking and picking systems.
Majestic Glove is one of the nation’s leading suppliers of gloves, protective clothing and boots.
